Shipping policy
Processing Time
All physical orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that personalised or custom items may require additional processing time.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered immediately via email or direct download upon payment confirmation. Due to their nature, digital products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order is completed.
Pick Up Orders
If available, a pick up option may appear upon checkout. Pick up is from our home-based business location. For privacy purposes, the exact address will be sent together with the notification you receive when your order is ready for pick up. Please coordinate the most convenient time via email.
Shipping Method
We ship physical orders via Australia Post. Shipping options and prices are available at checkout for you to choose from.
Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship physical products to addresses within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Addresses
Orders can be shipped to residential or business address. In addition to this, parcels may also be delivered to a Parcel Locker, or to a post office via Parcel Collect.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Send Later / Buy Now, Ship Later options
When offered, send later or buy now, ship later options may be available on the website. Unless otherwise noted, the date you select is the date the order will be dispatched from our processing hub, not the date the parcel will be received at the delivery address. Delivery dates are not guaranteed on any particular date; please refer to above section: Delivery Time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method and delivery address. From time to time, promotional discounts on shipping fees may apply automatically.
Tracked Parcels
For orders posted with tracking, once your physical order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress.
Untracked Postage
For some qualifying parcels, an untracked standard mail option is available at checkout. If selected, no tracking number is provided and delivery times are estimates only. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to track its location and cannot be responsible for delays, lost items, or delivery issues after it has been handed to the postal service. If you’d prefer extra peace of mind, we recommend choosing a tracked shipping option where available.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
While we take care to dispatch your order promptly, Sprinkle Press is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by delivery partners. If you experience any issues, please contact Australia Post directly. To avoid delivery problems, please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.
Failed Deliveries and Returns
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the parcel is unclaimed, we may contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
