How can I place a bulk order for magnets?

To place a bulk order, you can visit our website and select the desired magnet type. Choose between one design for multiple magnets, or upload a design for each magnet. For more information about special or bulk orders, including bulk pricing, please visit our Bulk & Special Orders page.

Can I customise my magnets?

You are welcome to customise your desired image to your liking using your favourite editing tools, and simply upload when you're ready. Our image uploader allows you to crop your photos once uploaded.

What is the typical turnaround time for orders?

The typical turnaround time for orders varies based on the complexity of the customisation and the quantity ordered. Generally, orders are dispatched 2-4 business days after order payment. What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for damaged or incorrectly-supplied orders. Gift cards and customised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please see more information in our Returns Policy.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this stage shipping is only available Australia-wide.
