Each customised magnet measures 5cm x 5cm and is crafted with quality materials to ensure durability and a premium feel. The image is printed on premium photo-quality paper and covered with a durable plastic layer to protect it. The magnet is backed by sturdy metal and a strong magnet to securely hold it in place.
An image uploader is available on products that require a custom upload. For optimal results, please upload high-resolution square images (1:1 ratio) in JPG and PNG format.
Each print includes a trim area of about 2mm on all sides, so keep important details centered and away from the edges to ensure nothing is cut off.
We aim to process and ship your order promptly. Unless otherwise noted (preorders, large bulk orders), most orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
After processing, standard delivery times vary by location: same-state parcels typically arrive within 4 business days, while interstate deliveries may take up to 6 business days.

Due to the personalised nature of customised products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted on magnets. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
